Metal-free magnetic couplings (bmd 250 i) and stirrer drives (cyclone 250 i) feature inert behavior and full corrosion resistance, as no metal can get in contact with the chemistry.

Built in our reactor systems inertclave, ecoclave, versoclave, polyclave, kiloclave and in combination with pressure vessels in glass or glass lined steel, we offer complete metal-free process reaction chambers. High pressure solutions are available with Tantalum reactor and reactor head.

The cyclone i represents an inexpensive metal free stirrer drive which serves for aqueous solutions at pressures up to 6 bar / 180°C . We offer it in combination with our inertclave.

On larger low pressure glass reactors, stirrer drives with mechanical sealing are used.
